The light looks nice for a rustic bathroom. For this price, it can be tough to find actual wood. Many others are metal (poorly painted to look like wood). Given the comparison to other fixtures at this price point, I gave it 5 stars.PROS:- Appearance- Nice combo of modern and rustic- Simple design- Dark Bronze metal (everything is black these days, so it actually matches our room). It's almost like off-black, but the "off" part is dark brown- Stain colors are layered, so it can go with bare wood, light wood, or gray wood pretty nicely. It gets points for being neutral. We have very warm woods in the house, and can't go "full gray." This fixture is a good bridge.CONS:- Stickers. Good grief. Every light fixture has stickers on visible parts of the fixture. You have to be very careful getting these off so that you don't remove the finish. I'd ding them with a star or two...but 9 of 10 fixtures did this.- Screws. Oy vey. Another issue that is pervasive. 8 of 10 fixtures (many brands and types) had too-short screws. We had to go to the hardware store to get longer ones. You'll need 8-32 size. We needed 2" (qty 2).- If you're particular about the stain being great, or the wood being high-grade, it's not. It's supposed to be rustic, so I'm not concerned, but it's pretty "meh" if you look really close. You can see this in my photos. But, once it's on the wall, you don't receive it as iffy quality. It looks nice.
